The University of the Philippines Cebu College is an autonomous unit of the premier Philippine university, the University of the Philippines. It is popularly referred to as UP Cebu or UPCC.
UPCC was previously under the administration of the University of the Philippines Visayas, along with two other satellite campuses namely the University of the Philippines Visayas in Miag-ao, Iloilo City and the University of the Philippines Visayas Tacloban College.
The college was founded in 1918, a decade after the UP system was founded in 1908. Next to that of UP Diliman, UP Cebu is the second oldest UP unit. In 2010, the college that was previously known as UPVCC was granted an elevated status as an autonomous unit. After five to seven years, the division aims to reach its constituent university status.

The campus is located along Gorordo Ave., in Lahug, Cebu City. The 12-hectare site is adorned with the UP Oblation, a symbol of the academic freedom pursued by the university. The property was donated by the Cebu Provincial Government to the university in 1929.
