Mrs. Teresita Santos did not intend to start a resort in Cebu when her family arrived from Bulacan. She only wanted a place to relax, so they built a house with two swimming pools and four cottages at Barangay Biasong, Talisay. They first accommodated their neighbors who insisted that they open the pool for them for a fee and then the rest was history.
Now, after more than 15 years, Villa Teresita has become one of Cebu’s most popular places to take a dip during weekends, holidays and special occasions.
