Ring Resthouse is the newest recreation venue that is near Cebu’s metropolis. It’s perfectly nestled on the quiet Sitio Chikosan, Banika, Lower South Hills, Tisa – a place that’s overlooking the city yet can be reached in a matter of minutes!
Although this pool resort just opened its doors this year, it easily got a lot of Facebook likes primarily because of its location. Aside from the fact that it can be a quick and refreshing escape from the city, Ring offers budget-friendly rates that youngsters and adults will surely love. They have about 10 wooden cottages that can accommodate small and big groups (price range from 300-500 pesos) as well as a variety of swimming pools that range from 4-6 feet. Their biggest pool also comes with a jacuzzi at the side. Plus, they have a great-sounding videoke machine that costs 5 pesos per song only.

The resthouse can also be a perfect venue for parties, reunions, and team buildings because of its overlooking lounge areas where family and friends can sing, dance, drink, take pictures, and simply enjoy the fresh air and the breathtaking view below. It even has air-conditioned and fully equipped rooms that guests can use when staying overnight. One room costs 2,000 pesos and it’s already good for 3 people. Other amenities include a recording studio (complete with musical instruments), disco lights, mini bar, shower area, barbecue grill, and a flat-screen TV for everyone’s entertainment. How to get there? Read here. Fare for a habal-habal ride going to Lower South Hills costs 30 pesos per head. There are also lots of tricycles along Tisa proper that can take you to the resort. Just tell the driver to drop you off the entrance of Ring Resthouse, and he should be able to take you there in less than 10 minutes. 😉
