
Last Wednesday, Everything Cebu was invited to be among the first to enjoy Feria’s Filipino Fiesta lunch in celebration of Sinulog. Radisson Blu takes part in the revelry by preparing the most delectable spread of well-loved Filipino dishes such as lechon, kare-kare, sizzling bangus, Bicol express, bulalo soup and dinuguan among others from January 14 to 18.
During out Filipino Fiesta lunch, the new Executive Chef of Radisson Blu Chef Roberto Kunitz, joined us and briefly introduced himself. Hailing from Germany, Chef Roberto had received prestigious awards from Chaine de Rotissuers, the oldest and most prestigious international gastronomic society devoted to the promotion of fine dining; a gold medal in 2000 from Euro-toques International and a culinary excellence in 2011 among others. He shared that he decided to take a break but when he was offered the job, he couldn’t let the opportunity pass. Together with three other Filipino chefs, the culinary team served us with the best Filipino dishes with a twist.
On Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, one can enjoy Feria’s Filipino Fiesta lunch and dinner buffet for only Php 1, 550 per person or at Php 775 per person on Thursday. If you also have a penchant for charred and roasted flavors, and outdoor grill buffet of barbecue favorites, prime cuts of beef, pork, chicken, fish, prawns and other seafoods are yours for only Php 1,550 per person on January 17 at Radisson Blu Cebu’s Pool Bar.
