The tallest hotel building in Cebu and the whole Philippines is not just home to comfortable accommodation options and exciting outdoor activities; Crown Regency Hotel & Towers also has a wide range of dining venues to choose from, namely: Glo Cafe and Restaurant, Sparkz Restobar, Wang Shan Lo Chinese Cuisine, and Fifties Cafe; and just this week, Everything Cebu got the chance to visit the fabulous 1950s-themed restaurant and taste their delectable food!
Fifties Cafe has an exceptional interior layout. It does not disappoint when it comes to making the customers feel like they have really transported back in time. The restaurant is filled with real antique stuff that come from donors’ old collections. They even have items from World War II and a real Cadillac car stuck on the wall!

Apart from these, they have an antique jukebox that is still able to play music! You just have to insert a real American quarter, which you can easily purchase in the restaurant for 10 pesos, to the machine to hear good ol’ songs from Air Supply, The Carpenters, and other classic artists.

It’s also about to offer a new menu within this month, featuring a range of international cuisines, such as Arabic and Dimsum. Their new executive chef, Joseph Manois, is very dedicated to offer a more interesting menu for all in-house and walk-in guests of the hotel. In fact, part of their menu re-conceptualization is the offering of tailored food for a specific group. You ask, and Fifties Cafe gives you just that!
