Brique Modern Kitchen. Fine Dining with a Rustic Touch.

Brique is a new fine dining restaurant located at Salinas Drive, Lahug, Cebu City. (right across Cebu Northwinds Hotel) It opened last August 19, 2014, and is now considered as one of the must-go fine dining spots in Cebu because of its “plain and straightforward” restaurant design – 2 words that perfectly describe this modern kitchen.

Aside from the simple yet elegant interior, Brique is also known for its mixed-and-matched menu, which includes Italian pastas, Mexican dips, Asian Fusion viands, and imported wines.

Their menu is composed of delectable meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as a range of specialty breads, coffees, and alcoholic beverages. Yes, Brique’s menu is that flexible that anyone or any group will surely find what they’re looking for here! The Pan Seared Salmon and the Angus Beef are 2 of their most in-demand offerings. And the best part is that they put some interesting changes to their menu every month!

The modern kitchen is owned by the same genius man behind Chikaan, Big Mao, Kafe Alde, Creative Cuisine Catering Services, and Big Truck. Brique is brilliantly conceptualized that even huge names from the local and national scenes have visited the place already. These include Slater Young, Ellen Adarna, Pia Cayetano, and Governor Hilario Davide III.

This new fine dining spot has 2 storeys (with a capacity of up to 85 people) filled with comfortable furniture and sophisticated lighting. They also have neat and really amiable staff who are are eager to cater to customers’ requests.

Brique is open from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm daily and accepts reservations, walk-ins, and take-outs. The restaurant also comes with a parking lot and an outdoor seating for everybody’s convenience.
