Cebu City won’t be complete without the busy nighttime events happening in Mango Avenue and other famous hang-out spots; so, if you are new in the city and want to have an idea about the nightlife venues you should check out, take a look at our list!
Found in the North Reclamation Area, Mandaue City, MO2 Restobar has easily found a special place in the hearts of Cebuanos, thanks to its array of billiard tables, karaoke rooms, and beer-drinking stations. It also comes with a modern coffee shop, a cozy dining area, and a first-class nightclub. Indeed, MO2 offers a wide range of entertainment for customers who have different interests, making the spacious restobar an ideal go-to for family reunions, college-friends gatherings, couple dates, or even solo partying adventures.
The adjective “spacious” is an understatement. You just have to drop by Amnezia Superclub yourself to check out how HUGE the place really is and how varied its offered entertainment is for customers! Launched in 2012, this party hub stands true to its name (from the word “amnesia” which refers to the common memory-deficit condition). Why? Well, a lot of party goers who have experienced the Amnezia fever exclaim that they tend to forget their stress and problems when hanging out in the club. This effect is probably brought about by the fact that there are various types of entertainment in Amnezia, few of the most favorites are the wide dance floor, the modern KTV rooms, and the daily live band performances. And, did I mention that its parking lot has a capacity of up to 250 cars? Yes, you read that right. So, if you are looking for a one-stop clubbing venue that offers just the right space for you and your friends, go nowhere but Ouano Avenue in Mandaue.
The Loft & Penthouse
Apart from the presence of many busy call center agents, the corners of Cebu IT Park continue to spark with life even at nighttime because of these class A bars. They are in the same building (CJRS Point, Asia Town IT Park) but The Loft’s on 2nd floor, while The Penthouse is on the 3rd. Also, Loft has been re-conceptualized by the famous Cebuano industrial designer Kenneth Cobonpue; now, the place is called The Loft Cuisine by Giuseppe and highlights the Grey Goose Lounge that serves the world-renowned Grey Goose vodka. This French and Bacardi-owned premium beverage and Cobonpue’s wonderland-like design are 2 great reasons the new Loft is attracting lots of party goers every single night, not to mention the live DJ music (playing techno, dub step, and instrumental) that the place offers to its guests.
One of the highly visited disco club in Mango Square is Club Alchology. A lot of Cebu’s young adults go to this hang-out place for its various events, cool DJ music, and fun atmosphere. Several customers also think the place has the best calamares, sisig, and other finger foods as well as some really great services.
This one’s found in Banilad’s Crossroads. Vudu does not ask for any entrance fee but sells high-class drinks that might be a bit more expensive than expected. Since it has an elite-like atmosphere, be sure to dress decent to fully enjoy your whole Club Vudu experience. Also, get ready to feel real good as this hang-out place usually plays jazz and other slow types of music.
