The meet-and-greet event will be at the Ayala Center Cebu on Sunday, August 5, 2012, at 5 p.m.
There are two ways to score an entry pass to personally meet Papa P.
- Timex Shoppers in Ayala
All you need to do is present a receipt of a Timex watch worth Php2,990 from Timex Shop Ayala or Metro Ayala Department Store. The date of the proof of purchase should be between August 1 and 5, 2012. Once you have already purchased your Timex watch, race to the Privileges Desk located at the first level of the Ayala Center because only the first 200 shoppers to register will receive an entry pass.
- Registered Participants to the Timex Run Cebu
The first 200 registrants to the Timex Run will also get a free entry pass. Simply present your race bib and race singlet at the Privileges Desk. Passes may be claimed from August 1 to August 5, 2012 or until the last pass is redeemed, whichever date comes first.
Each entry pass enables the bearer to bring one companion. The Privileges Desk is open daily, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The promo staff has the right to verify the authenticity of the receipts. Therefore, they have the authority to deny transactions they believe are fraudulent or suspicious (i.e. tampered or reprinted receipts).
In order to get in during the meet-and-greet event, the entry pass should be presented. The Ayala Center Security shall have the right to authenticate details on the pass such as the specimen signature. Everyone is encouraged to come early because reserved seats will be forfeited five minutes before the show begins. The gates will be opened to the public until the last seat is occupied.
