St. Peter Life Run 2 on October 23

In celebration of the St. Peter DeathCare Week, St. Peter Life Plan, Inc. brings back the St. Peter Life Run. The fun run will be held simultaneously on October 23, 2011, in Manila (SM Mall of Asia), Davao (Abreeza Mall) and Cebu (Asiatown IT Park).

The fun run has three race categories open to all runners, the 3 kilometer, the 5 kilometer and 10 kilometer distances. For a registration fee of only Php200, runners will already be able to help provide bags and school supplies for selected public schools in the three participating cities. Runners are also encouraged to be in costume across all categories.

Registration for the event is from September 16 to October 16, 2011. For interested parties in Cebu, you can look for Aurea Delantar at St. Peter Life Plan Cebu Branch, which is located at Room 250 Colon Development Corp. Bldg., Osmeña Blvd., Cebu City. You can contact her at (032) 254-7744, between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., from Monday to Saturday. RUNNR and Nike Park at the Ayala Center Cebu are also open daily, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., for registrations.

Participants to the St. Peter Life Run 2 can claim their race kits at the registration areas. The race kit includes a singlet, the participant’s race bib number and the route map.

What’s in store for the winners? First place winners for the 10km category will receive Php7,000, winners for the 5km category will bring home Php5,000, and winners for the 5km category will bag Php3,000. Winners will also receive medals.
