The Sinulog 2013 Grand Parade winners were named last January 21, Monday, at the Cebu City Sports Complex (CCSC). The winners of the Free Interpretation and Sinulog-Based categories performed during the awarding ceremonies.

Sinulog Festival Queen 2013 winners

Jamie Herrell, 18, was awarded Sinulog Festival Queen 2013 during the pageant night last January 18, 2013, held at the CCSC. The Filipina-American beauty is the lead dancer of Placer, Masbate’s Tribu Himag-ulaw.
