Labor Law Seminar in Cebu
Business owners, human resource personnel, administration heads, department managers, and key officers handling people in Cebu are all invited to a labor law seminar organized by Powermax Consulting Group Inc. II, Section 18), (2) Statutory Provisions on Labor, (3) Employment Relationship, (4) The Management Rights and Prerogatives, and (5) The Rights of Workers.
In the afternoon, the second module entitled “Employee Discipline” will be discussed. It covers the following topics: (1) Concept, (2) Procedural Due Process, (3) Instances when First Notice is NOT Required, (4) Substantial Due process, (5) Termination by the Employer, (6) Termination by the Employee (Art. 285), (7) Four Instances of Dismissals; Effects, (8) Constructive Dismissal, (9) Preventive Suspension, (10) Tips on Employee Discipline, and (11) Incidence After Termination.
