On August 24, 2012, the Basic SEO Workshop will be held at the third floor of the Cebu Business Incubator for IT (Cebu InIT) building. It will start at 9 a.m. and end a 6 p.m. It promises a fun and stress-free learning experience that combines short lectures, live facilitations, case studies, group discussions, and others. The payment of Php5,000 is inclusive of training materials, certificate, morning and afternoon snacks, and lunch. If you register before August 18, you will only pay Php3,000.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY:

The workshop is a fun and stress-free learning experience.  It combines:

LEARNING OUTCOME:

TAKE HOME ASSIGNMENT:

The students will be given a particular website and will conduct the following activities:

Web site Analysis

Keyword Research – at least 5 profitable keywords

Relevant Directory Research and Submission – will submit to at least 20 Relevant Directories

Social Bookmarking Submission – will submit to at least 20 social bookmarking sites.

This assignment should be submitted two days before DAY 2 of the SEO Training.

Before the start of the activities on the SEO Training DAY 2, feedbacks for the take-home assignments will be distributed to the students.  They will also be used as a reference on the Final Qualifying Activity (Day 2), which each student need to complete and pass in order for them to receive the Certificate of Completion.
