- Provide amazing support via email and chat.
- Identify, document, and communicate issues and resolutions.
- Become an Invoice2go product expert.
- Improve our knowledge base with best practices.
- Willingness to work during Graveyard hours (8pm to 5am)
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2nd year College Level or up to two years of professional experience.
- Passionate about providing amazing support.
- Exceptional problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-starter who also works well in a team environment.
- Knows how to have fun but also possesses a “get it done” attitude.
