- Advertises training programs, promos and branch activities to all possible clients through email blasting, assemblies, meetings, and other gatherings.
- Achieves sales training operational objectives by contributing sales training information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying trends; determining sales training system improvements; implementing change.
- Does fieldwork whenever necessary.
- Encourages harmonious working relationship with other employees and warmly accepts and welcomes clients.
- A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any related courses where communication is exhibited.
- Proficient in the English language and communication skills.
- Must be at least 20-30 years old.
- Adept in using the Microsoft Office.
- Willing to be assigned in any of these areas: Baybay, Maasin, Catbalogan, Catarman, Borongan, Tacloban.
