Handles day-to-day activities of the different sourcing campaigns and initiatives in order to meet and exceed increasing hiring requirements of Convergys.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and manages relationships with search firms and schools for potential candidates for employment.
- Manages, tracks, and distributes applications to the Recruiting Department.
- Recommends sourcing activities based on yield rate and cost vs. projected successful hires.
- Generates MS Powerpoint and Excel reports and presentations
- Generates post-activity reports to track the status of applications endorsed to the Recruiting Department and the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Administers job fairs and campus talks
- Plans, manages, and executes advertising and sponsorship strategies.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by the Supervisor or manager.
- Graduate of either Marketing or Advertising or equivalent
- Should have a least 1 year work experience related to Recruitment Marketing, Sales Marketing or Advertising.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Pleasing personality – positive attitude towards work (flexible about sourcing schedules and changes)
- Excellent interpersonal skills – able to relate with all levels in the organization (from top management down to peers and subordinates or applicants)
- Computer literate. Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Adobe Photoshop
- Willing to be based in Cebu
- Willing to travel (for Job Fairs)
- Amenable to working on weekends and holidays, and rendering overtime
