- Single point of contact for Quality Support of Client Account (s).
- Ensuring Implementation of Quality Standards in the account
- Aligning Processes with Customer Feedback
- Facilitation of Metrics Management
- Ensuring High levels of Six sigma Effectiveness and Engagement
- Leading high impact 6 sigma and Lean projects
- Providing High Quality Business analytics support to Management team
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): Six Sigma Evaluation
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Six Sigma and Customer Service.
