- Handles training classes for newly hired Sales or Customer Service Representatives
- Develop, maintain and improve on program modules, manuals and lesson plans that are aligned to the company’s objectives.
- Handles nesting of the newly endorsed CS representatives.
- Develop evaluations, exercises and other activities that will effectively measure or gauge the trainees understanding of the topics and information discussed, and their ability to perform their job.
- Endorses qualified training graduates to the Customer Service Department.
- Submits comprehensive weekly evaluation reports regarding the trainees’ performance
- Ensure that all trainees follow house rules, company policies and the code of conduct and issue warnings/sanctions when it’s necessary.
- Hold weekly coaching and feedback sessions with the trainees
- Conducts enhancement training or calibration sessions with the representatives when the need arises or is requested.
- Ensure that all materials used, techniques and methodology practiced, are in unison throughout the training program and the CS department.
- Attend and contribute to weekly meetings with other trainers and management.
- Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
- Computer skills for performance reporting and for making training materials
- Must have sales/coaching experience in a call center environment
- Self starter and can develop sales training modules
- Special Abilities/Skills/Personal Qualities Required: people skills, sales skills, telesales, and self-management, driven and enthusiastic, reliable, must be self-motivated and have positive attitude
