Leads a team responsible for Quality, Training and Business Analytics
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in a BPO / contact center specializing in Quality, Training, Process Improvement
- Proven communication effectiveness – verbal, non-verbal, written etc. – in corporate settings
- Must be able to work autonomously with minimal instruction, guidance or supervision on standard performance analysis and projects
- Strong project management, statistical and analytical skills
- Strong computer literacy and software skills
- Willing to work various shifts, weekends and holidays
- Willing to be relocated or assigned in Manila.
