– Ensures that agents are able to meet the minimum requirement for quality
– Implements new quality guidelines and policies real time
– Corrects any gaps related to quality performance that need immediate attention
– Ensures that agents are able to maintain 98% compliance and provides real time updates
– College degree or at least 3 months call center experience (preferably in operations)
– Previous call center experience in financial services is an advantage
– Experience in analytics/reporting tools
– Must demonstrate problem-solving, analytical skills, interpersonal, and leadership skills
– Must certify or be certified on ePerformax Policies and relevant management training
