Job location- Manila,Phillipiness
? Analyzing and understanding customer queries and resolving it through Phone, email and remotely with a sensitivity of customer requirements.
? Going for the client visit as an when required for implementation and product training or for resolving issues occurred.
? Informing support lead about the client issue, if the issue is not getting resolved from your end so that he can further escalate it to the development team.
? Daily follow-up with the team leader support for the pending issues.
? Co-ordinating with clients for new version /release update if any for them, and to schedule the downtime, and updating the same to the deployment team.
? Updating daily calls and visit.
? Building good relationship with the existing and potential customers.
? Candidate having knowledge in logistics domain or has worked on application support for ERP software in Logistics domain will be highly preferred.
• Fresher with technical graduate or experience between 1-2 years in software support prefered.
• Knowledge in Microsoft operating systems including XP, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 and 2012.
• Should be aware of HTML and XML, .NET, Database- MSSQL, MySQL
• Have knowledge in networking function.
? Excellent interpersonal communication skills, positive and engaging telephone manner and a high degree of customer service aptitude
? Demonstrable experience and fluent command of the English language
? Excellent organizational skills and ability to troubleshoot remote
? Willingness and ability to travel to client place, as necessary, as well as provide occasional after hours and remote support.
? Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service
? Demonstrates ability to comfortably communicate technical issues
• Bachelors degree in IT / computer science or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
