Raso Solutions is a business process outsourcing firm that works with a variety of companies handling support services, whether it is with recruitment support, lead generation, appointment setting or onsite virtual assistants.
This position involves working with California based real estate related clients. Responsibilities range from handling all social media, database management, marketing and lead generation calls.
Responsibilities could include:
– Conduct lead generation for real estate listings/loans.
– Outbound sales/inquiries.
– Input data into MS Excel spreadsheets.
– Update the client’s social media sites.
– Preparing “open house” flyers, or video tours of homes or newsletters.
– Handling mass marketing emails
– At least 6 months of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in Customer Service (outbound sales).
– Knowledge of USA real estate/loan process is preferred.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
– Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (and other tools) and capable of making videos, pdf and MS PowerPoint presentations.
– Willing to work night shifts.
