-Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource management, Psychology or equivalent.
-At least 2-3 years of working experience specializing in Human Resource is required for this position. Preferably job role in Employee Relations / Recruitment.
-Effective public relations, verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, memos, etc.
-Proficient computer skills (e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and database software)
-Excellent interpersonal skills including an ability to be tactful but assertive and authoritative in stressful/delicate situations.
-Demonstrates high level of ethical behavior. Strict work conviction and uphold integrity over work.
-Experience with confidential matters and business decisions.
-Full-Time position(s) available.
-Supports overall HR functions including employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, payroll processing, disciplinary matters, employee counseling, record – keeping and government law compliance.
-Assist in development and implementation of HR rules and regulation and employment policies.
-Serve as a point person for all general benefits, payroll and compensation inquiries.
-Assist with the recruitment process of all job openings throughout the organization including the completion of the new hire orientation program.
-Responsible for creating and distributing monthly HR Communications.
-Responsible for maintaining and updating the Employee Handbook.
-Identify process for improvements and make recommendations for best practices
