- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of working experience handling all facets of Human Resources.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City, but do heavy fieldwork for the whole Visayas and Mindanao Region
- Must be willing to travel/ do 70% fieldwork.
- Conceptualizes, implements and evaluates various employee relation activities for all store operations employees in the assigned geographic area.
- Spots and identifies potential employee relations issues through open communication channels with and among employees and facilitates resolution of issues through dialogues with concerned employees.
- Resolves and manages all disciplinary cases involving same level and below.
- Conducts investigations and attends to hearings in line with labor related cases.
- Coordinate with various internal head office departments in line with other HR needs of the employees (such as recruitment/hiring of manpower, training, compensation and benefits, etc.)
- Ensures effective implementation of the Promotion & Transfer Policies checking the recommendation submitted by the line managers.
- Facilitates translation of values into work norms for a unit.
- Coaches line managers in championing the values.
