Daily Work Description:
- Come to the office 1 or 2 times a week at least
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office
- Plan and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Manage projects and conduct research.
- Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Follow up customer invoicing
- Update Xero
- Making sure our customers are taken care
- Help wherever is necessary.
Skill Sets Required:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent.
- 2 years experience working with an oversea boss.
- Preferably 2-5 yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Executive Assistant or equivalent.
- Experience working in an IT company preferred.
- Highly analytical with excellent oral and written communications
- Highly organized and systematic.
- Must be results driven and a team player.
- Applicants must be willing to come work 1-2 a week in Quezon City near Robinson Magnolia.
- Willing to work extended hours when necessary.
