We are currently looking for talented and ambitious individuals to join our growing company as a Customer Support Representative.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- handle inbound calls, and provide customer support and assitance for Mandarin speaking customers.
- Sending email replies to customer's inquiries.
- Handling CRM for customer info and call reports.
- Must have good to complete fluency in Mandarin language (speaking/listening/reading/writing).
- General knowledge of operating a computer, and typing skills.
- Professional work ethic, and willing to work on holidays and possibility of shifting schedules.
- Can start right away and can work full time.
