We are currently looking for an EFFECTIVE and RELIABLE customer service advocate, fancy term for CSR / call agents.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to calculate basic transactions.
- Exceptional listening, relationship building, and basic computing skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple web pages and type while talking to customers. Multi-tasking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shows commitment in answering emails, phone calls and online chats
- Provides completeness in her answers via emails, phone calls and online chats
- Communicates in a proper language with clear indications to provide the best answers
- Makes sure to be consistent in the information she provides to the customers
- Prepares product or service feedback reports on a weekly basis by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Does an in depth functionality and aesthetic analysis of our websites during her shift (QA)
