*Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in Customer Service representative process (Preferred Health Care Experience).
*Excellent technical knowledge.
*Must be customer service oriented.
*Must have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal.
*Familiar with computer and PC application which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications and apply their use;
*Working knowledge in Sales Force/Siebel would be beneficial;
