Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete series certifications
- Complete continuous education requirements.
- Manage client expectations and provide positive work experience.
- Educate callers and/or provide alternative sites for information.
- Bachelor's degree holder preferred.
- Experience in licensure exam, a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge on financial services preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
