- Helps drive innovation, continuous improvement and behaviour changes, all aimed at enhancing the customer experience
- Lead the execution of continuous improvement initiatives in the site
- Assist in ongoing programs of work to drive the behavioural changes that are vital to increasing advocacy within the centre
- Serves as a change agent for developing a culture of identifying customer pain points and opportunities to improve customer service be it people, process, product or technology
- Coach site leadership teams
- Support Team leads to drive and embed customer advocacy behaviours inputting for effective learning outcomes
- Guide and influence on how the site improves the service it delivers to its clients
- Evaluate customer calls and draw insights to improve the opportunities of the account.
- Must be a graduate of a 4 year course
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- At least 3 – 5 years call centre experience necessary
- 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Continuous Improvement Lead/Customer Experience Manager/Customer Insights Lead
- Experience in a high volume and fast paced environment which is structured and monitored
- Good Client Management Skills
- Excellent knowledge of the product and process (operations)
- Previous experience in a coaching, managing, mentoring role
- Ability to look at things from a broader perspective.
- Good Decision-Making ability and Analytical Skills
- Good Negotiation Skills
- Good Interpersonal relations
- Cebu-based applicants or should be open to work in CEBU
