Brief Description of Duties:
- · Handling outbound customer service calls in an efficient and friendly manner
- · Learning products and staying informed of changes so that you can handle any customer questions
- · This is a Dream Job. Strictly customer service survey calls, non-sales.
- · Providing customers with thorough information and details
- · Work hours are US eastern time zone from 12.30 pm for an 8 hour shift
- · Professional phone presence (good speaking manners, good grammar, very little accent, a pleasant way of dealing with people)
- · Ability to sit for long periods of time
- · Ability to function well in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- · Basic math and writing skills
- · Rate Per Hour: Tier 1 – $ 2.89 – $ 3.00 per hour
- · Paid every Saturday via Paypal
- · 80 hours a month or 20 hours a week
- · Paypal Fee is paid by company
Part-time and fulltime positions
- · Flexible hours – some projects allow various working hours throughout the day
- · We have specific skill sets you will be required to learn – easy stuff
- · Access to many additional training programs you can do in a self-study environment which will increase your base pay if your contributions help build our company
- · Please keep in mind we will train you for additional skill sets you might not have
- · 1 week paid vacation after 12 months work
- · Pro rated based on employment start date.
- · Presents information both clearly and concisely and regularly confirms correct interpretation of information.
- · Written communication must be clear, concise, and easy to read and comprehend.
Organization of Work
- · Implements the key principles of time management, task allocation and priority assignment in addition to personal organization.
- · Initiates and responds to suggestions for improving service.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- · High Speed Internet Connection
- · Available to work on US business hours
- · Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point and Excel
- · Prior experience in an administration role
- · Open to ongoing training
