BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING DIRECTOR / CEO
We are a small business that has experienced fast growth. The business has grown its Cebu operations from 1 personal assistant in 2013 to more than 50 people in the space of 1.5 years. A CEO is sought to take the business to the next level.
- Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be expected to run the entire operations including sales and business development, delivery, operations management, finance and administration, and Board/Investor communication.
- In that capacity, the CEO will be expected to work closely with the Board to craft a clear profitable growth agenda, based on a well-defined go-to-market strategy with definition around differentiated business models, product offerings, and measurable revenue and profit milestones.
- The recruit will be responsible for generating business from across the North American, UK & European and the APAC region.
- Work with investors/board to determine the direction of the business and implement all operational aspects of the business.
- To give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization’s philosophy, mission, strategy and its annual goal and objectives.
- Responsible for building the rest of the organization and creating processes to hire and retain the best talent at all levels.
- The recruit must ensure the service delivery propositions are in line with company capabilities and can be implemented and supported to achieve customer and financial objectives.
- Must effectively ensure Sales, and Delivery leaders work in tandem to win new business.
- Define the sales vision and oversee execution of activities to meet the goal of increasing the top-line.
- Develop sales objectives including sales volume, cost of sales, product profitability, and market share.
- Ensures sales strategies and plans are consistent with the company's long-range strategic objectives.
- Manage resources in order to ensure cost effective, high quality and timely delivery of response to the customer.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 15 + years of experience of sales operations, Management and business development.
- Experience of proven success and experience in new business development and demonstrated revenue growth consistently in his/her tenure.
- Experience of proven business development success.
- Bottom-line orientation; metric/measurement driven; able to balance being strategic yet “hands on”
- Should have demonstrated thought leadership and must be adept in creating new business ideas and plans; create sales strategies with a relentless focus to grow the top-line.
- Proven track record in strategic business operations management with the ability to scale a business quickly
- Advises the Board
- Advocates / promotes organization and stakeholder change related to organization mission
- Supports motivation of employees in organization products/programs and operations
Visionary / Information Bearer
- Ensures staff and Board have sufficient and up-to-date information
- Looks to the future for change opportunities
- Interfaces between Board and employees
- Interfaces between organization and community
- Formulates policies and planning recommendations to the Board
- Decides or guides courses of action in operations by staff
- Oversees operations of organization
- Implements plans
- Manages human resources of organization
- Manages financial and physical resources
- Assists in the selection and evaluation of board members
- Makes recommendations, supports Board during orientation and self-evaluation
- Supports Board's evaluation of Chief Executive
- 250,000 PHP On Target Earnings per month
- High basic salary – negotiable
- Equity share available for the right candidate
