· Knowledge in baking Artisan Bread, European Bread, Croissant, Danish, and Puff Pastry
· Excellent skills on measuring ingredients
· Follows and works out the baking schedules
· Has creativity for developing new products
· Adheres to safety and hygiene regulations
· Flexible, hardworking and has a positive attitude
· Diploma or Certificate in Pastry / Baking is an advantage
· Bakes a wide range of specialty breads and sweet dough, pastries, and other baked goods, etc.
· Regularly check equipments as to meet health and safety regulations
· Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned area
· Checks the quality of raw materials and weigh ingredients
· Keeps an eye on the oven temperatures and the appearance of the bread, cake or pastry
· Operates slicing and wrapping machines
· Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
