The name “La Marea” when roughly translated means big tides, small boat. La Marea is considered one of Cebu’s most elegant pastry shops and is among the best places for desserts. Aside from its famous Warm Brownie Cup, it has other delicious pastries, customized cakes, and tasty crinkles and cookies. The shop also serves Lavazza Coffee, which it claims is the best in the world.

    La Marea’s brownie cup was sad, it tasted like condensed milk and it was not worth the visit. I’m sorry I had to be this frank but I am really disappointed. I was expecting much from what you all said.
