Undoubtedly, one of the best-tasting burgers in Cebu! If you have grabbed a bite of their grilled burgers, then you know what all the rave about FLAME IT! Burgers and Sausages is all about.

The establishment was born out of an appetite for grilled burgers on a December day. Acknowledging that the existing burger chains in Cebu City can still get better, they entertained the idea of opening an outlet serving grilled burgers. Apart from the perfect timing, Cebu City was the perfect market for introducing new food varieties.

Flame It! opened its doors on May 18, 2002. It began serving gourmet burgers alongside German sausages, pasta, and rice meals at affordable prices. The establishment prepares and cooks the food before the customer’s eyes. Indeed, the open flame grilling of large beef patties over lava rocks is a first in the City.

Among Flame It’s new menu listings are its classic burgers, which includes Flame Burger (quarter pounders), Flame Burger with Cheese, Flame Half Pounder, and Flame Half Pounder with Cheese. It also offers specialty burgers, which come in either Flame Burgers or Flame Half Pounders, and in these Bacon Mushroom and Cheese Burger, Cream Cheese and Garlic Burger, Garlic Mayo Burger, and Chili con Carne and Cheese Burger variants.

For non-burger menu options, diners can choose from gourmet sausages (Hungarian Sausage, Cheese Hungarian, and Frankfurter), which can all be topped with the customer’s choice of Garlic Mayo, Cream Cheese and Garlic, Chili con Carne and Cheese, or plain with catsup, mustard and mayo. A Cheese Krainer variety will soon be made available.

Other specials included in the menu are the must-try Steak Sandwich, the Classic Spaghetti, Lasagna, or Tuna Burger. The rice meals include Burger Steak, Hungarian Rice Meal and Classic Sirloin Steak. You can also choose from a number of side dishes and beverages to accompany your chosen meals.

The proudly Cebu-based company is part of the Quick Serve Restaurant industry. Flame It! has earned distinction from the Ayala Merchants, receiving the Most Promising Food Outlet Award for 2003. It also bagged awards for Shopper’s Choice and Philippine Marketing Excellence.

The current locations for Flame It! outlets are Escario corner Tojong Sts., Robinsons Cybergate, 4th Level of Ayala Center Cebu, and at the 3rd Level of SM City Cebu near SM Bowling Center. The Burger Café, which is a Flame It! outlet, is already open at the 4th Level of the Ayala Terraces, where diners can enjoy al fresco dining and free Wi-Fi.
