Since its soft opening last February 13, 2009, BBTH has become one of the go-to places in Cebu for parties and celebrations, from baby showers to graduations. For casual nights out with your peers or officemates, BBTH is a fun alternative to the usual hangouts.

Aside from basking in the BBTH’s soothing ambiance, groups can enjoy good food while playing free board games, updating their social networking pages with the free Wi-Fi, and exercising their lungs to the tune of their favorite karaoke selections. Plus, the interior decors and furniture are very engaging for photo enthusiasts. The transparent glass walls with a stream of cascading water as it plays gorgeously with the neon lights in a spiral motion provide the perfect mood for a romantic photo shoot.

BBTH specializes in bubble tea drinks, which are famous in the U.S., in Canada and some Southeast Asian countries. Their dishes are of Italian origin, but some still have a hint of Asian taste.To get to the secluded tea house, you need to ride a taxicab or any private vehicle. A tip though: read the signs of the establishments before entering any of their doors because unfortunately, BBTH is located adjacent to a strip club. So, unless you want to dine with bikini-clad ladies, we suggest you take this tip seriously.

BBTH is located near Cebu Doctors’ University, right beside the Shell station nearest to Parkmall, at the ground floor of TSI Bldg. on Ouano Ave., North Reclamation Area, Mandaue City. They are open from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. on Mondays through Saturdays, and from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Sundays. For reservations and inquiries, call (032) 238-8053.

If you don’t mind trying their menu at a mall and not within the cozy BBTH cafe, a BBTH stall is now open in SM City Cebu, at the 2nd floor of the Northwing, just outside the Cyberzone and Just G.
