Aiming to provide a wonderful nightlife experience in Cebu, the establishment is owned by Larry Marshall, who is also the executive chef. The Irish chef is proud to say that his cooking experience has started at a very young age of five. He was able to hone his kitchen skills under the supervision of his mother and uncle. Through his travels around the world, he was able to create excellent dishes that he currently serves in the pub.
Apart from Irish food, the pub also serves foods from different parts of the world. Their all-day breakfast meals comprises of American Big Breakfast, Full English Breakfast, Irish Breakfast, Filipino Breakfast, Breakfast Burrito, Denver Omelet, Ham and Cheese Omelet, Veggie Omelet, Hawaiian Omelet, as well as Buttermilk Pancakes and Waffles.
Start your meal at Marshall’s with yummy staples like French fries, chili cheese fries, onion rings, shrimp cocktail, fish sticks, garlic bread, Ireland Buffalo wings, or Buffalo shrimp. If you’re on the adventurous side, have a taste of their Crocodile Bites, a very unique dish comprising of deep-fried tail tenderloin pieces dipped in their Guinness Beer batter. Other special appetizers include Spiced Potato Wedges, Mushroom Brushetta, A Wee Bit O’Potato Skins, Mojos, Cheesy Boxty, Fried Mac & Cheese, Jalapeno Poppers, Cheddar Cheese Munchers, South Western Cheese Munchers, and Emerald Isle Calamares.
Marshall’s special Anraith Sicín Prátaí Cabáiste, is a must-try. A meal by itself, it is delicate and tender specially spiced chicken soup with moist cabbage and potatoes. Seafood lovers will take pleasure on the Fisherman’s Platter, which comes in golden brown tilapia fillet, calamares, and shrimp in their Guinness beer batter, served with French fries. Other pub favorites are Irish beef or lamb stew, corned beef & cabbage, Shepherd’s pie (lamb), cottage pie (beef), fish & chips, shrimp and chips, Bangers (Irish sausages)& Mash, baby back ribs, and Cearc le Beacáin (chicken with mushrooms).
Their Filipino Favorites menu consists of beef caldereta, chicken afritada, pochero, and Chef's Larry's Special Giniling. They also serve burgers, hotdogs, pizza, and sandwiches. Your kids won’t be left out as there are meals specifically made for them like fish sticks, fried chicken, chicken fingers, pork chop, giniling, and grilled ham & cheese sandwich.
