This October, Parkmall promises to hold the grandest celebrations to commemorate its fourth anniversary. On the first day of its anniversary month, Parkmall’s management unveiled the mall’s new thrusts and their upcoming events to cap the year 2012.
A New Parkmall
During the opening program for its month-long celebration, General Manager Neal Carlson Co informed the tenants and members of the media how Parkmall is different from other shopping centers in Cebu. Among other things, Mr. Co reiterated how the mall offers a much relaxed shopping and dining experience. He points out that the mall is considered a long-term sustainable project and is leading the trend in open-air lifestyle centers. In connection to this, the mall has taken on a brand new tagline. From “Where Excitement Never Ends,” it is now “Parkmall…Taking it easy.”
The eco-friendly mall launched its new season with enhanced environs in order to make one’s shopping and dining experience more pleasant, just like having a leisurely walk in the park. Among these enhancements are indoor trees, grass carpets, rocking chairs, and calesa kiosks. They’ve even tossed out the old security guard uniforms and have adopted the “Park Rangers” look for their security personnel. Their housekeeping personnel will now wear the “Scouts” uniform and they will be bringing their cleaning materials inside native cleaning trolleys.
For their fourth year, Parkmall aims to maintain intimate tenant-owner relationship while creating hassle-free shopping experiences for customers.
