Royal Oaks International School (ROIS) Cebu City campus is located on V. Rama Avenue, Guadalupe. The school, whose motto is “Mighty oaks from tiny acorns grow,” is a nonstock and nonprofit basic education institution offering preschool education (Toddler, Nursery 1, Nursery 2, Kindergarten 1, and Kindergarten 2) as well as complete elementary and secondary education. ROIS is coeducational and nonsectarian and is run and managed by Filipino educators.

Founded in 1991 by Socorro Lozada de Guia, ROIS Guadalupe is the school’s original campus. It started with a dozen preschoolers aged two to three years old who constituted the first Nursery 1 class. In school year 1996-97, when ROIS Andres Abellana was opened, preschool and primary classes were moved there while grades 5 and 6 and all secondary classes were retained in the main campus.
