Interface Computer College (ICC) is located at Osmeña Bldg., Pelaez cor. Colon Sts., Cebu City. The first campus, which had the name Computer Learning Center, was founded in 1982 in Quiapo Manila. In 1994, it became a college when IT-related degree courses were added to its existing comprehensive portfolio of short-term programs. ICC branches are strategically located to provide easy access to Filipinos who are looking for affordable and quality education. Other campuses are in Caloocan, Davao, Iloilo and Cabanatuan.

ICC boasts of providing programs and courses that are all duly recognized and authorized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and Technical Skills and Development Authority (TESDA). They are also accredited by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), and Civil Service Commission (CSC).

Bachelor-degree courses offered are Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Office Administration, and Information Systems. Among others, two-year computer courses are Computer Systems Development that include web page design and development, PC operations, programming, software development, and  Multimedia Applications Development that comprise of visual graphics design, 2D and 3D animation. ICC also has diploma courses in Tourism and Travel Management Services (DTTMS) and Secretarial and Accounting Services (DSAS).
