Mountain View Nature Park in Busay offers camping sites, gardens, retreat and seminar halls, cottages, children’s park, swimming pool, botanical garden, picnic tables, countless benches of different variations, videoke, jukebox, bunk-houses, mini-zoo, hanging bridges, viewing decks, a canteen, mini-restaurants, a Way of the Cross area, Christmas Park and much more. Mountain View Nature Park is just a few hundred meters below TOPS, a famous tourist attraction also in Busay.

In Mountain View Nature Park, you will see a splendid variety of plants and trees. They are everywhere! The favorite spot of many is the Main View Deck. Situated at the peak of the park, the deck offers a magnificent overlooking view of the city. Sitting at the picnic tables by the deck, the treetops below just feel like they are right under your toes – it is a phenomenal experience.

If you wish to stay for the night, there are various room accommodations to choose from. See below rates:

Aircon Cottages:

Regular (4 pax) – Php 1,200.00

Executive (2 pax) – Php 1,200.00

Non-Aircon Cottages:

Native (2 pax) – ranges from Php 500.00 – Php 700.00

Native (4 pax) – Php 1,000.00

Family Room (4 pax) – Php 1,500.00

Check Out Time: 12:00 noon

The mountain resort also offers camping tents at the following rates:

Php 200.00 – good for 2 kids

Php 400.00 – good for 4 pax

Php 600.00 – good for 5 pax

Php 1,200.00 – good for 12 pax

If you are looking for venues to celebrate special occasions or activities, you can make use of the facilities offered by the resort:

Chico Bldg 1st Floor – Php 1,500.00 (good for 100 pax)

Chico Bldg 2nd Floor – Php 1,200.00  (good for 100 pax)

Chico Bldg 3rd Floor – Php 1,000.00 (good for 100 pax)

Central Park A – Php 1,000.00 (good for 40 pax)

Central Park B – Php 500.00 (good for 20 pax)

Central Park C – Php 500.00 (good for 20 pax)

Barn – Php 1,000.00 (good for 50 pax)

Cross – Php 2,000.00 (good for 50 pax)

Canteen – Php 1,000.00 (good for 100 pax)

Sunken – Php 1,000.00 (good for 100 pax)

Balusters – Php 500.00 (good for 20 pax)

Note: Venues can be availed from 8 a.m. – 12 noon.

Mountain View Nature Park is indeed a great place for family, friends, and lovers. Now this is really a great nature escapade from the hustle and bustle of the city. And one of the best parts is that you can enjoy all these for a minimal fee! The entrance fee is only Php 50.00 for unlimited use and there’s no corkage fee.

    Hi Marga, I’m afraid jeepneys don’t go as far as Mt. View. However, you may take a motorcycle (habal-habal) or Mountain View’s shuttles from JY Square Mall.

    Hi Hannah! Yes, Mountain View Nature Park is indeed near Roosevelt mountain Resort. Mountain View is a little farther up.

    ive been there twice already. i fell inlove with the place the first time i went there. so beautiful, so relaxing and close to nature. one of the best place here in cebu. today, it has many changes, nana xa swimming pool. perfect for a weekend getaway or some sort of vacation because they offer affordable room accomodations.

    I want to know, if you are offering some rooms,
    because I was planning to visit their maybe this month

    So nice

    Yeah!! really i beleive in that coz i been there many times. I like to visit again and again in the mt. view. So nice place you can forget all your problems in that place. Very peaceful and you can smell fresh air in that place. Before when i was in college i went there twice a month. But, now im not sure if i can visit there because im so busy of my work. I went there last January 1, 2010. I missed that place.
