Cebu Guitar Festival 2010

The fourth edition of the annual Cebu Guitar Festival is on.

CGF began in November 2007, when acclaimed Cebuano guitarist Arnold Ang first organized a special gathering of Cebu’s finest guitar players in one memorable showdown of talents.

The event will take place at The Outpost, from November 25 to November 27, 2010.  The Outpost is located at 976-A Veteran’s Drive, in Lahug, Cebu City. The venue is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 6p.m. up to 2a.m. Table reservations and party bookings will be entertained at these numbers: (032) 417-2929 or (0915) 691-1417. The event also has a photography contest open to hobbyists and professional photographers. There are two categories, “Sista” and “Ang Gitarista Ug Ang Sista.” Official entry forms are available at The Outpost. Registration is at Php150.00 per registrant, three entries per category. An additional Php20.00 will be charged for every additional photo per category. Prizes will be awarded to the winners on November 27, at The Outpost.
