STS Training Center sees the emergent numbers of BPOs and individual outsourcers looking for freelancers as a rich source of professional and personal growth that many Filipinos can take advantage of. With the necessary skills and proper training, financial freedom will cease to be just another impossible dream.
To boot, the Philippines is currently one of the top ranking destinations for outsourcing needs, which increases every Juan’s chances of getting hired and earning decent money. The Filipinos are not just competent users of computer and Internet technologies but are also fluent English speakers. These allow for efficient communication with clients giving Filipinos the edge among other outsourced service providers.
At present, two of the most requested jobs in the Philippines and abroad are for search engine optimization (SEO) experts and virtual assistants. Equipped with the requisite skills and training, these two positions have the potential of bringing anyone notches up the ladder of success.
STS Training Center believes in empowering future outsourcing leaders and thus, aims to provide every brave Juan with the essential knowledge, skills and trainings so they can live to tell the tale of how they conquered the demanding world of outsourcing.
The training school offers an in-depth course on how to provide professional administrative, technical, and social assistance to clients via the Internet, e-mail and phone conferences, and online work spaces. It also offers a comprehensive course on SEO/Link-building. The course focuses on the profit-generating capacities of search engine rankings and conversions.
STS Training Center does not stop at simply providing coursework but also, with the aid of experienced industry practitioners, allows students to practice and apply their knowledge with its free computer laboratory access. Certified graduates have the option to work for top BPOs or to work as freelancers, whichever suits their lifestyles. Top graduates of each class also have the additional option of working for Screen Text Software Designs, Inc., the parent company of STS Training Center.
