On May 7, 2011, the Philippines will once again be caught in a spell as Manny “PacMan” Pacquiao battles “Sugar” Shane Mosley for the WBO Welterweight title. The anticipated fight between two boxing champions will take place at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas.

Pacquiao has eight championship titles in eight divisions, and a stunning record of 57 fights, 52 wins, 3 losses, and 2 draws. He won 38 fights by way of knockout. He is the reigning champion for the WBC Junior Middleweight division and the WBO Welterweight division.

Mosley also has a decent career record, winning 46 of 54 fights, 39 of which were by way of knockout. He has 6 losses, one draw, and one no contest.
