Their Books, a program organized by Tsinelas Association Inc., is now on its fourth year. Tsinelas Campus Volunteers, which is the youth sector of the association, will be responsible for this year’s event.
The book sale for a cause will be at the 3rd Floor of Ayala Center Cebu, right across KFC. Donated books will be sold from November 17 to November 19, 2011.
Tsinelas is already accepting book donations. Novels and other reading materials that are not used in schools to teach elementary and high school students are encouraged. Textbooks and books for children are sent directly to the beneficiaries of Tsinelas, and will not be included in the book sale.
For those interested to donate their pre-loved books and reading materials, you may drop them with volunteers at any Tsinelas Chapter, including the University of the Philippines Cebu College, St. Theresa’s College, Don Bosco Technological Center, Southwestern University, and Cebu Technological University. You may also visit the Tsinelas headquarters at Sentro sa Katilingban Bldg., inside Saint Theresa’s College Compound, in Cebu City.
