Markov Clothing is inviting everyone in Cebu to join a party at The Outpost celebrating the company’s fourth anniversary on September 10, 2011.
“Cheers to Four Years” will feature a number of band performances, including Who’s Next?, Twinkle Dudu, Shepherd’s Plaid, Sky Angels, The Philippine Cockroach, and Maria Campbell. The event is powered by Sonic Boom Philippines and Thread! Fest.
Markov entered the local clothing industry in 2007, and has since been making ripples in the clothing scene. The Cebu City-based clothing company offers apparel inspired by the varied lifestyles, vibrant music and colorful cultures of the Filipino people. Their products consist mainly of shirts, Fleece and bags of different kinds.
According to the brand’s Web site, Markov is owned by Rudeboy Mcoy who describes himself as a “skaholic.” He also enjoys rock climbing, long board skating, and taking stills. He earns his keep by designing Web sites.
During the event, Markov will be releasing a new T-shirt design called the “Llanera’s Skull.” This is a collaborative product between Killapinas and Markov Clothing Company. Reprints of old t-shirt designs will also be sold at the venue. Attendees who will be wearing their favorite Markov shirts will get a chance to win a brand new shirt from the clothing company. A lot of shirts and stickers will also be given away.
