After its successful inaugural event last year in Boracay, Geeks On A Beach, or simply GOAB, is back with a more awesome line-up of activities!
What is GOAB?
Geeks On A Beach is a two-day international conference that is organized for those who are interested in start-ups, technology, and design. This event aims to gather all tech enthusiasts around the country (and even the world) and let them collaborate ideas to “make the world a better place”!
The 1st GOAB took place last September 26-27, 2013 in Boracay Island and was attended by 339 participants from 17 countries and 42 speakers. This year, GOAB 2 will be held on August 21-22 on Mactan Island, Cebu with the theme “Startup Roadmap Beyond ASEAN 2015”.
Who are the people behind GOAB?
Introducing the institutions responsible for the organization of GOAB 2:

Symph is a company offering interactive design, application development, and digital marketing services to clients around the Philippines and the world.
The illustrations, graphic design, animation, and other branding efforts of GOAB 2 are all artistic products of this Cebu-based Swashbuckling Creative Studio.

A leading provider of Public Relations solutions to companies in Visayas and Mindanao, PRWorks is the brilliant mind behind GOAB 2’s PR and event management.
